Amanda Huynh
Amanda Huynh 黃珮詩 is a product and food designer based in Lenapehoking (Brooklyn, NY), where she is an Assistant Professor of Industrial Design at Pratt Institute. Amanda is the co-founder of Edible Projects and works with food as her material of choice. She holds a BDes in Industrial Design from Emily Carr University and a Master’s in Food Design from Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan, Italy. Born and raised in Treaty 7 territory, she is the proud daughter of immigrant refugee parents.
