In response to There are no parts, Yaniya Lee holds a conversation on Black girlhood with her mothers, Grace Channer and Dzian. They each reflect on their childhoods, backed by a soundscape mixed by Lee featuring music by Grace Jones and a skit from Whoopi Goldberg’s TV special Direct from Broadway.
